My Motivational Statement Since I was a immature kid. I have ever admired the United States military. I have ever had a deep sense of pride in my state and believed that one twenty-four hours I excessively would happen myself in the United States military. Today. I am a member of the Army enlisted corps. I serve with honest junior enlisted and Non-Commissioned Military officers who deserve great regard. I am ready to take what I have learned from the enlisted corps and travel frontward in my attempts to spread out my cognition and abilities by going a commissioned officer in the United States Army. I am extremely believe that my professional experience in leading. direction. organisation. and multi- cultural accomplishments will be helpful in functioning my state as an officer in the United States Army.
As a civilian in 2007. I was a works director for an carnal provender bring forthing corporation. I was responsible for 60 workers. In 2009. I taught Chemistry. Geology. Physical Sciences. and Physics for Shades Valley High School in Alabama. While at that place. I was responsible for the instruction. preparation. and mentorship of over 300 pupils. As a Soldier I served in squad leader and squad leader places. responsible for the safety and wellbeing of service members assigned to me. I believe being an enlisted member will assist me in going an effectual officer that understands soldiers.
There are legion grounds why I seek a committee in the United States Army. First. I want to further develop my civilian instruction. experience and accomplishments in a manner that will lend to the officer corps. I think my background will help me in developing the proficient. and tactical proficiencies need to be a commissioned officer. Second. it will give me the chance to develop myself and as a leader. I want to back up my fellow soldiers. my equals. and my higher-ups by taking the enterprise and doing positive alterations happen. Third. I work with people. particularly in a squad environment that builds esprit de corps. Fourthly. I look frontward to working on solo undertaking that dispute me to turn as a professional.
The cognition. work ethic and values that I acquired from being a junior enlisted service member have better prepared me to develop and lead Soldiers. I believe in taking by illustration. populating the Army Values. and keeping the Warrior Ethos. I want to do a difference by being the sort of leader in the Officer Corps that positively shapes the manner the Army does concern. I realize this will affect difficult work and existent challenges and I look frontward to them.
