The Messiah Stones Essay, Research Paper
The chief character in The Messiah Stones is John McGowan. He has a married woman
names Sarah, a boy names Joshua who is eight old ages old, and Oliver who is six
old ages old. His Dad left him when he was nine old ages old because he went to
Jerusalem for an archaeological excavation and ne’er saw him once more after he left.
Because of this he lived with his female parent for his whole childhood. John is a
household adult male who loves his married woman and pull the leg of really much, and missed his male parent. It
doesn? T state what John does for a life but he is affluent because Sarah owns
a book shop that does really good.
John plays a large portion in the narrative because everything in the book evolves
around him. In the book he goes to a attorney in Washington DC because he is
told that he has received something from his male parent that has been passed down
to him in his will. John gets to DC and receives a missive from his male parent to
him. The letters tell him that when he was in Jerusalem for the
archaeological excavation that he found three rocks and 1 unit of ammunition rock Earth. Each
rock glowed and at the underside of each rock was the word “ McGowan ” carved.
The Earth had the name “ Sarah ” carved on it. Later on in the missive it say
that his letter writer Ari told him that the he knows of the rocks and said
that they have a great trade to make with God. He says that when the Messiah
Rocks are found that God will judge who is worthy.
When John goes place he tells his married woman and he decides that his fate is
to travel to Jerusalem and happen the rocks. When they get at that place they go to a
temple where people pray one to two times daily. When they get at that place a adult female
that is praying attacks them and says that she has been anticipating them.
She says that she has had dreams of them coming and she has besides come to
Jerusalem to happen the rocks. They go to a java house and compare dreams.
Subsequently on John finds Ari? s reference and goes at that place. He finds him and Ari
Tells him a the narrative of how his male parent died. He says that when him and his
male parent were in a war in Jerusalem. They were assailing when they were at the
wall of the temple and his male parent got shot in the cervix and could non speak.
Ari caught him and a solder out of no where came and helped them. His male parent
pointed to the wall an
vitamin D instantly the unknown soldier knew what to make,
they drug him to the wall and the soldier topographic point his manus on the temple wall.
Then Ari says that the soldier became one with John? s male parent.
They return to the temple and a adult male with a back battalion attacks John,
Sarah, and Ari and says that he will take them on a circuit. Ari tells John
that that adult male was the adult male that had become one with his male parent. The adult male knew
all of their names and knew what they were seeking for which was the
rocks. The adult male take them to John? s male parent? s cemetery and took off his
back battalion. He dug out dirt and placed it on the grave and a visible radiation formed out
of the grave. They saw Johns father rise with a bright freshness and they cried
with joy and the light shrunk until all that was left with the rocks. The
adult male said that they had to construct a temple for the rocks that would be unfastened to
the populace.
I would do John more loving to his married woman and to his kids because
when they left for Jerusalem when they didn? Ts cognize how long they were traveling
to remain, they left them with their grandma. I don? Ts like that because
they stayed at Jerusalem for months and months and they ne’er visited the
United States to see their ain kids.
I would desire John as a friend because I think that I could larn a batch
from him. He could state me so much about life and all of his experiences. I
think that from how the book explains him as a individual that he is really loyal
and really interesting individual and I think that he would be a great individual to
acquire to cognize. I think he would be so interesting because he knows for certain
that God is existent and if I could cognize person that has cogent evidence that God is existent
so that would do my life worth so much more. Another ground that would
be good to cognize him is that I could see the Messiah Stones and all of the
grounds that the Messiah Stones truly exist.
I think that it would be truly good to be John? s friend before he went
to Jerusalem because I think that it would be so fun to travel on his escapade
with him because I would make anything to cognize for certain that God existed. I
believe that if John was a existent individual and was known for his find of the
rocks and all that I would seek to larn a batch about him because he is so
interesting.
