1. I would see myself a logistician in footings of the armed forces. Reviewing the Bureau Of Labor Statistics. they define a logistician as one who “analyze and coordinate an organisations supply chain-the system that moves a merchandise from provider to consumer” ( March 29. 2012 ) . In the logistician sense I am a mover and like to populate my life to the fullest with set ends in head. I enjoy my chosen business and have a strong work moral principle to work with. 2. I determine the logistician tantrums my sense in the logical thinking that I am one who looks at the whole image. I determine what is the intent and how “we” can work to that end. Looking at my work ethic I can multi-task and map best when I prioritize my program of attention. Reviewing my patients and find who and what needs done and when. I am besides open-minded and in the nursing profession it is a fact that when 1 has the twenty-four hours preplanned clip demands to be considered for alterations: admittances and or patient transportations. 3. I need help/assistance from my assigned nursing helpers. I need for everyone to be on the same page and to be efficient in their assigned duties. The nursing helpers are at times my eyes and ears. They have more interaction with the patients at times so I do. I besides need to hold a great blame our with our therapy staff. other nurses. and the physicians. In times of trouble I need to be able to name on others for their aid. I need to besides be available if my equals require my aid. So. with that being said I need to hold teamwork and squad participants! We all need to be on the same “team” .
4. In footings of military lessons learned: I would hold that to assist me on my mission I need a strong military force derived of experient and well-equipped soldiers. Experienced in the sense of old ages fought and an apprehension of the basicss of the military. And good equipped in the sense of ammo. guerrilla warfare. and dedication. Besides when looking and citing beginnings I would trust on the primary beginnings: discussing jobs or issues with those who have served. Reviewing the events in the Vietnam War it is indispensable to be cognizant of those who are on the front line and that “we” know who we are supporting. If everyone is on the same page with the same end in head the aim is much easier to obtain! As we discussed on the category boards it is said that history repetitions itself. with that being said we can utilize the yesteryear to help us in the hereafter.
