During the 60? s, there were societal agitation on campuses across America as pupils became active in political relations. Students at UCB organized sit Immigration and Naturalization Services and other demenstrations against the racial favoritism. When the university banned the pupils from the demenstrations, pupils gathered together to organize the Free Speech motion. The university acted on the university charter jurisprudence to censor political relations on the college campus.
