The chief characters in this narrative are Carrie, her ma ( Mrs.White ) , and Chris Hargenson.
Carrie is a really diffident and nieve girl. She is huffy merriment of frequently by the other misss at school. She
is tired of being huffy merriment of and recognize she has mental powers.Mrs.White is a spiritual
phanatic who is fundamentally crazy.Carrie? s ma takes everything out on her.Chris
Hargenson is a girl Carrie goes to school with who is really bigheaded, and like the other
misss, makes merriment of Carrie.
The scene takes topographic point in a little town in New England during the 1980? s.The narrative
chiefly takes topographic point in Carrie? s place and school. She turns her town into a narrative of panic.
One twenty-four hours Carrie is at school in the gym cabinet room and she gets her menses.Well, shes
non certain what it is and she starts shouting and shouting for help. The other misss start
doing merriment of her because they know what it is.Because they made merriment of Carrie so
dreadfully, they have to run laps after school. When they got to gym detainment, Chris refused

droping a pail of hogs blood on her.Chris sneaks into the gym right before the prom
and sets the pail of hogs blood above the rafters. The prom starts and Carrie and her
day of the month are called up for prom male monarch and queen. As Carrie walks up to acquire crowned, the hogs
blood falls on her head. She is so disquieted now that she uses her mental powers to pin down every
one inside the gym and light the school on fire.
The subject is that Carrie uses her new found mental abilities to acquire avenge a
gainst her
equals for embarrasing her. This narrative reminds me of the adolescent shots that have been
go oning recently in schools.I think the book has a good subject, though, because it
discusses the ordeals teens have with thier peers. It tells the readers what truly happens
when childs in school show force.
The temper is really cheerless and upseting because she is huffy merriment of so much.It is besides
really bloodstained and terrorizing when everyone is burned to decease.
The writer? s intent was to floor and stune the readers by keeping so much suspense
and horror in each story. He besides likes to turn out that childs should watch out about what they
state because what goes about comes around.
