Subject: The National Park Service will go on to play an of import function in

21st century society. Abstraction: Those with a sense of fate cried non

development, but saving of America? s land. This belief created the

first National Park and subsequently the National Park Service to protect it and the

lands that were to be added. The National Park Service will go on to protect

the land and supply for the common good so visitants can bask the freedom of

nature and see the good Earth, as adult male foremost knew it. One state, one land

spliting with life beholds the good beauty in America? s National Parks.

Those citizens with a sense of fate cried non development, but saving

of the land. In 1872, Congress set aside two million estates of land to

established the first national park, Yellowstone ( Questar ) . Congress had vision

to continue the natural admiration of the land for the enjoyment of all Americans.

It was called? the best thought America of all time had. ? Believing in this vision,

Woodrow Wilson signed statute law to organize the National Park Service in 1916 to

protect the lands set aside by Congress. As the National Park System began to

grow from 7.5 million estates of land to 80.1 million estates, steps had to be

taken in order to set up regulations and restrictions within the Parkss. The National

Park System contains some of the most of import and largest natural

savings in the state: 1000000s of estates of old untasted woods,

wildlife reserves, lakes, and other natural beauties are preserved and

protected as national hoarded wealths ( Lovett 10 ) . Leting people entree to the Parkss

could harm the land in which Congress strives to protect. The inquiry is how

can the spirit of the land be preserved without chastening it and is it possible to

for the Parkss to be enjoyed and protected at the same clip? The National Park

Service serves the common good of the Parkss by guaranting that the community

members have entree to the park resources, and by guaranting that park resources

are protected for the benefit of the future coevalss ( 12 ) . This is non an

easy undertaking to accomplish. It is the duty of the National Park Service to

do certain that the Parkss can be enjoyed and preserved ; but on the other manus

it is the duty of visitants to esteem the land as if it was their ain.

The duty of the park service requires such responsibilities as keeping safe

and pleasant visitant adjustments and supplying visitants with information

( maps and ushers ) to educate them about the park so they can to the full see

the beauty and importance of a natural environment. The

park service attentions

whether if the visitants have a nice holiday while in the Parkss ( Sellars 14 ) .

That is why they make attempts to educate people about the Parkss, encourage

trial, serve the involvements of both the visitants of today and of the hereafter,

and to do in the informed determinations about the land. By go oning to protect

the Parks against the wear and tear of usage so that the original values of each

park remain integral for each visitant the National Park service will go on to

play an of import function in the 21st century. The national park system

serves the single demands of our state and our land. These demands provide

touristry and vacationing, the chance to interact with nature, enjoyment of

cultural and historical memorials, and physical exercising ( Lovett16 ) . The

parts of the park system are valued as common goods to the state. As

long as the park service continues to supply their attempts to maintain the Parkss

looking beautiful and consistent with nature, America will ever hold a topographic point

of safety in common. In cooperation with the statute law passed by authorities,

the National Park Service will go on to play an of import function in American

society by protecting our mountains from being striped, trees cut, and H2O

tainted ( Cong 27 ) . Without the assistance of Congress and the Park Service, America? s

beautiful land could be thrashed and misused, in which instance people of the hereafter

would non be able to bask the olympian magnificence of America. The influence of

the National Park Service in America has spread to other states. Without a

uncertainty, the actions and of the National Park Service will go on to play an

of import function in the 21st century. The protection and saving of

America? s land both inside and outside the National Parks are as of import now

as it was when America did non even exist, and more significantly they will

go on play a important function in the hereafter.
