A Critique of Gone to Soldiers
The novel Gone to Soldiers by Marge Piercy elaborately weaves the lives of many different people into a affiliated series of single secret plans that give the reader an exciting position of life during World War II. Piercy connects the lives of adult females and work forces, Jews and heathens by utilizing household ties and steaming love personal businesss. The people have dramatically different profiles, some are rich some are hapless, some are Americans, some are Gallic, some are with power while others are persecuted, but everyone is connected by the war.
