Wales
Wales ( Welsh: Cymru ; [ 1 ] pronounced k & # 601 ; Mister & # 616 ; / ( aid & # 183 ; info ) ) is a constitutional state [ 2 ] within the United Kingdom, located in the West of Great Britain, sharing a land boundary line with England to its E and the Irish Sea and Atlantic Ocean to the West. Wales has a population estimated at three million and is a bilingual component state, with English the linguistic communication spoken by the bulk, and Welsh the native lingua.
Originally ( and traditionally ) one of the six Celtic states, a distinguishable Welsh national individuality emerged in the early fifth century, after the Roman backdown from Britain.
