American military personnels are being sent overseas
to keep peace in a state involved in a civil war. Whether the peace
military personnels should or should non be sent overseas, they are being sent overseas.
I do non believe that it is the duty of American military personnels to do
peace in a state that is at Civil war.
A civil war is a war fought within a state
between that states people. By directing peace military personnels to East Timor the
United States is now going involved in this states war. This could
do the United States to travel to war. The reaching of transnational military personnels
could convey more force, devastation, and pandemonium to East Timor. On the
other manus it could besides convey protection to the many people who have fled
the force from the Indonesian Militia.
Force should non hold to be used to do
or maintain peace in any state ; therefore it is non necessary for American
