One of the deciding national foreign policy precedences is European and Euroatlantic integrating. Relationship between Ukraine and NATO was established in 1991, when Ukraine proclaimed sovereignty right after the autumn of the USSR and joined the Council of Northenatlantic Collaboration, subsequently renamed The Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council ( EAPC ) .
Main organisations which make an activity in this scope in Ukraine are: Kyiv National Centre of Euroatlantic integrating ; Scientific-Informational of International security and Euroatlantic integrating in Donetsk National University ; Scientific Informational-Analytic Centre for NATO of Prycarpathsky National University of V. Stephanyc and such centres over the Ukraine.
Atlantic Counsel of Ukraine ( ACU ) , established in 1995, was one of the first public organisations which, harmonizing to its legislative act, & # 8220 ; is engaged in inquiries of progressive integrating of Ukraine into European and Euroatlantic constructions of coaction and security & # 8221 ; . ATA comprises two young person constructions: Youth Atlantic Treaty Association ( YATA ) and Association of Young Political Leaders.
Official representative of YATA in Ukraine is Youth Centre of Atlantic Council in Ukraine ( YCACU ) , public organisation established within the model of Youth Program of Ukrainian Atlantic Council with a intent of distributing among the young person the information and propaganda the thoughts of Ukraine & # 8217 ; s integrating into European and Euroatlantic constructions.
