The Life of John F. Kennedy
John F. Kennedy was born in Brookline Massachusetts on May 29, 1917.
He attended Harvard University and graduated in 1940. From 1941-1945 he
served in the United States Navy, during World War II. In 1946 he was
elected to the United States House of Representatives. Then in 1952 he
was elected to the United States Senate. On September 12, 1953 he was
married to Jacqueline Lee Bouvier. Then in 1960 he was elected President
of the United States. On November 22, 1963 he was assassinated in Dallas,
Texas.
John grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. His male parent Joseph P. Kennedy,
was a self-made millionaire. During the disposal of President
Franklin D. Roosevelt, he served as the first president of the Securities
and Exchange Commission, and as United States Ambassador to Great Britain.
During John & # 8217 ; s childhood, his household frequently moved. Some of these moves sent
the household into New York. All of the Kennedy kids developed a strong

and Riverdale. By the age of 13 his male parent sent him to the
Canterbury School in New Milford, Connecticut. He so transferred to

eight-teen old ages old. In 1936, after a summer in England, John entered

he decided to seek to run for the approaching 1960 Presidential election.
In 1960 John Kennedy ran in the Presidential Election. His opposition,
Richard M. Nixon, was a popular individual, he had antecedently been the
vice-president under Dwight Eisenhower. Together they became the first
Presidential oppositions to debate face-to-face on telecasting. John Kennedy
won the election. During his old ages as president, John helped go through a figure

After his decease in Dallas, Johnson was sworn in as President of the United
States, on the plane back to Washington. Kennedy & # 8217 ; s funeral was held on
November 25, 1963 where he was so buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
